THE BUSINESS CIRCLE

Your business is successful on paper.

Now it’s time for your life to feel that way too.

A 12-month coaching experience for successful women service based business owners who want a profitable, well led business with a team they trust, without carrying the entire business themselves.

You built the successful business.

The revenue grew.

The clients came.

The team got bigger.

The calendar got fuller.

You hit goals that, at one point, felt really far away.

And somewhere along the way, you thought reaching this level would make life feel different.

More freedom.

More space.

More choice.

More time with the people you built all of this for.

Instead, the business became really good at needing you.

Your calendar runs your days.

Your team still comes to you for too much.

You’re carrying decisions other people could probably make.

There are things you know you should delegate, but letting go feels harder than doing it yourself.

There are systems that still live in your head.

And even when you’re technically not working, part of you is still at work.

So you start looking toward the next milestone.

Maybe when we hit the next revenue goal.

Maybe when I hire that person.

Maybe when we finish this launch.

Maybe when I finally get these systems in place.

Then I’ll slow down.

But there is always another milestone.

At some point, you have to decide:

When is enough, enough?

Not because you don't want more.

Because you don't want to keep putting your entire life on hold to get it.

More revenue isn't the answer

This is one of the beliefs I had to confront in my own business.

We’re taught to measure business success by how much the business makes.

$500K.

$1M.

$2M.

The next million.

But revenue and profit are not the same thing.

And revenue and a good life definitely aren't the same thing.

You can grow the top line while increasing expenses right alongside it.

You can make more money while giving yourself less time.

You can build a bigger team while somehow becoming responsible for more people, more decisions, and more problems.

You can reach the number you were convinced would change everything...and realize you brought the exact same way of operating with you.

More revenue doesn't automatically create more profit.

And another milestone doesn't automatically create the life you thought success would give you.

You don't need another strategy either

At the beginning of business, strategy matters tremendously.

You need to figure out what you're selling.

How you're selling it.

How you're delivering it.

How to get clients.

How to make money.

But you're not at the beginning anymore.

You've proven you can build a business.

At this stage, the question changes.

It's less:

“What strategy am I missing?”

And more:

“How am I leading what I've already built?”

Because you can have the strategy and still not delegate.

You can build the SOP and still remain the person everyone asks.

You can hire great people and never really allow them to lead.

You can know exactly what your numbers say and still avoid making the decision they require.

You can automate everything possible and create a business that somehow feels less human.

You can know what needs to change and still keep doing what you've always done.

Eventually, another strategy isn't the thing that changes the business.

You are.

The Business Circle exists for this part

The Business Circle is a private, 12-month coaching experience for successful women who own service based businesses and are ready to lead what they've built differently.

This isn't another mastermind built around consuming more information.

It isn't a room where you sit through another lesson every week and hope your question gets answered at the end.

And it isn't another place where success is reduced to your next revenue milestone.

We put the whole business on the table.

Your leadership.

Your people.

Your profit.

Your operations.

Your decisions.

Your capacity.

And the life all of this is supposed to be creating.

Then we ask:

What actually needs your leadership now?

And we start there.

Self | People | Profit | Business

The problem you're experiencing in your business rarely lives neatly inside one category.

Everything affects everything else.

So inside The Business Circle, we look at four.

Self

The better you lead yourself, the better you lead your business and your life.

This is where everything begins.

We'll work on your leadership, mindset, decision making, capacity, identity, boundaries, vision, delegation, priorities, and the way you're showing up as the CEO of what you've built.

We'll look at questions like:

What actually deserves your time?

What are you still doing because you believe you're the only person who can do it correctly?

Where are you allowing the business to make decisions for you?

What does enough actually look like?

And what would change if you started building the business around the life you desire instead of continually building your life around the business?

Because before you can lead the business differently, you have to lead yourself differently.

People

Your team cannot create freedom if everything still leads back to you.

Hiring people isn't the same as learning to lead them.

We'll work on delegation, communication, accountability, team dynamics, expectations, management, culture, developing leaders, and creating a business where other capable people can actually own what they're there to own.

Not so you can disappear from the business.

So you can stop being the business.

There is a difference.

Profit

Revenue tells you how much came in. It doesn't tell you how well you're leading your money.

Many successful business owners were never actually taught how to manage the money inside a growing business.

So we talk about it.

Profit.

Cash flow.

Owner pay.

Expenses.

Financial decisions.

Profit First.

Understanding what your numbers are actually telling you.

And defining what you want the business to financially create for you.

Because the goal isn't simply to make more.

It's to become intentional about what happens to the money you're already making.

Business

Build a business that can support where you're going.

Systems. Processes. Operations. Automation. Roles. Capacity. Offers. Decision making.

How work moves through the company. What needs to live outside of your head. What can be automated. What should remain human.

And what needs to change for the business to operate without requiring your involvement in everything.

This is where your leadership becomes infrastructure.

Because freedom isn't created by hiring someone and handing them your task list

You can delegate a task and still mentally carry it.

You can hire a team and remain involved in every decision.

You can document a process and never give someone the authority to own it.

You can automate half your company and lose the human connection that made the business great in the first place.

You can have a full team and still be the bottleneck.

The goal isn't to remove you from your business.

It's to get really intentional about where the business actually needs you.

And where it doesn't.

I know what it feels like to build the business and accidentally hand your life over to it

There was a time when I worked whenever there was time available to work.

If my calendar had space, business filled it.

There was always another thing I could do.

Another goal.

Another way to move the needle.

And when you're ambitious, it's really easy to justify that.

You're building.

You're growing.

You're creating something.

Until eventually I had to ask myself:

When is enough, enough?

Because there will always be another goal available to me.

There will always be another level I could reach.

If I kept waiting for the business to give me permission to have the life I wanted, I was going to keep waiting.

So I stopped letting my calendar control me and started controlling my calendar.

And that required more than time management.

It required me to become a better leader of myself.

I didn't start in leadership coaching

My background is financial.

I have a Master’s in Accountancy and spent years working in bookkeeping, cash flow, and CFO level financial strategy.

I thought better numbers and another spreadsheet could solve a lot of business problems.

And sometimes they can.

But the longer I worked with business owners, the more I realized:

Another spreadsheet wasn't always the answer.

Because I could show someone exactly what the numbers were saying...

and she still had to make the decision.

She still had to lead the team.

She still had to change the behavior.

She still had to stop avoiding the thing she already knew.

She still had to decide what enough looked like.

The numbers matter.

Strategy matters.

Systems matter.

But none of them lead themselves.

You do.

That's why the work inside The Business Circle brings all of it together.

What happens when you join The Business Circle

Your Business Snapshot

See where you really are.

Before we decide what to work on, you'll take an honest look at your business across Self, People, Profit, and Business so we can see what's working, what's heavy, and where your attention may be needed most.

Your Private Welcome & Direction Call

You’ll begin with a 45-minute private call with both Cailyn and Barb.

Together, we’ll review your Practice Snapshot, identify what appears to be creating the greatest constraint, and help you decide what deserves your attention first.

You won't leave with 27 things to fix.

You’ll leave knowing where to begin.

One thing. Lead well. Then the next.

Then you have an entire year to do the work.

Weekly Live Coaching

Every week, we meet for 60 minutes and coaching is the priority.

Not another hour-long lesson followed by ten minutes of rushed Q&A.

Bring me the actual thing: the employee situation, the number, the decision, the delegation problem, the boundary you know you need, the system that isn't working, the offer you're considering, the thing you keep doing even though you know someone else should own it, or the part of your business that's affecting your life.

Questions are coached on a first-come, first-served basis, and we'll work through as many as we can during our time together.

I want this to feel less like attending another group program and more like having access to 1:1 caliber coaching inside a room of women who learn from each other's businesses too.

Coaching inside the community

The coaching doesn't stop when the video call ends.

You also have access to coaching inside our private community Monday through Thursday.

Something happened Tuesday morning? Bring it.

You're about to make a decision? Bring it.

You delegated something and it completely backfired? Tell us what happened.

You finally looked at the number you've been avoiding? Put it on the table.

You had a conversation you've been putting off for three months? Come back and tell us how it went.

You don't need to save your real business for your next call.

Bring it while you're leading it.

Quarterly Business Reviews

Once a quarter, we'll step out of the day-to-day for a 90-minute Business Review.

We'll look back at what has changed.

What your numbers are telling you.

Where your time is going.

How your leadership is evolving.

What's still too dependent on you.

Whether the business you're building is actually supporting the life you're trying to create.

And then:

What deserves your leadership next?

Because it's very easy to spend an entire year reacting to what's urgent.

These conversations are where we look up.

The Business Circle Learning Portal

You’ll also have access to The Business Circle Learning Portal for as long as you’re an active Business Circle member.

This is where the tools, training, templates, spreadsheets, and resources live.

Including support across:

Self: Leadership, mindset, decision making, vision, capacity, identity, boundaries, and becoming the CEO your business requires.

People: Culture, hiring, communication, delegation, accountability, management, team dynamics, and developing people who can lead alongside you.

Profit: Profit First, financial understanding, cash flow, KPIs, profitability, owner pay, and becoming a better leader of the money your business creates.

Practice: Systems, processes, operations, automation, capacity, roles, and building a business that doesn't need everything to run through you.

But there is no gold star for watching everything.

The Learning Portal is not another course to complete.

Use what you need. Implement it. Get coached. See what happens.

Then move to the next thing.

I don't want to build another giant mastermind

Because a room can have impressive women in it and still feel incredibly lonely.

I've experienced rooms where everyone technically belonged to the same community...

but it didn't really feel like a community.

There were cliques.

The room was too big.

You could spend months inside it without anyone really knowing you.

And the coaching often meant sitting through a lesson, waiting for Q&A, and hoping there was enough time left for your question.

That's not the room I want to build.

The Business Circle is intentionally limited to 50 women.

I want you to know the women behind the businesses.

I want someone to remember the employee situation you brought three weeks ago and ask what happened.

I want women celebrating the profit distribution and the Wednesday afternoon you spent with your kids.

I want you learning from businesses that aren't identical to yours.

I want you to be able to bring the real thing instead of trying to sound impressive in front of a room full of impressive people.

Because sometimes what a successful woman needs most isn't another network.

It's a room where she can actually be known.

Imagine twelve months from now

Maybe the business is making more money.

I hope it is.

But that's not the only evidence we're looking for.

Maybe you're keeping more of the money you're already making.

Your team owns things you used to carry.

Your calendar has space because you intentionally created it.

You understand your numbers.

Your systems live somewhere other than your brain.

Your people make decisions without waiting for you.

You're spending more time in the CEO role and less time wearing every hat.

You're at dinner and actually at dinner.

You're with your kids without mentally being at work.

You make decisions based on the life and business you actually want instead of automatically choosing whatever creates the most growth.

And perhaps the most important change:

The business isn't running you anymore.

You're leading it.

And because you're leading it better, the business is better too.

You came in successful on paper

Now you actually feel as successful as you look.

That's the transformation I'm interested in.

Not success at the expense of your life.

Not freedom at the expense of your ambition.

Not shrinking the business so you can finally breathe.

A well led, profitable business that supports the life you actually want to live.

Client Result

Client Result

And I'll show you my own evidence too...

I built my business from $0 to six figures in 11 months with zero connections or experience in bookkeeping.

I know how intoxicating growth can be.

I also know what happens when every open space in your life becomes another opportunity to work.

My work now isn't about teaching women to want less.

I don't want less either.

It's about becoming intentional enough to decide what more is actually worth having.

And building the leadership to hold success without continually handing your life over to it.

The Business Circle is for you if...

You own an established service-based business and have already created meaningful success.

The business looks successful, but your life doesn't feel the way you thought it would at this stage.

You're tired of assuming the answer is always another revenue goal.

You want to understand and improve your profit, not simply your top line.

You know there are things you need to delegate but struggle to release them.

You want to become a stronger CEO.

You want your team to become more capable without you becoming less connected.

You want systems and processes that support the business without stripping away the human part of it.

You're willing to look at your own leadership when something isn't working.

You want real coaching, not simply more information.

And you want to be surrounded by successful women who understand what it takes to build something meaningful without having to pretend they have everything figured out.

This isn't your room if...

You're looking for the next business growth strategy to copy and paste.

You believe more revenue will automatically solve your financial problems.

You want someone to come in and fix your team while you remain outside the problem.

You want someone else to do the work for you.

You aren't willing to look at how your own decisions and leadership may be affecting the business.

Or you want to consume information without implementing it.

You don't need to arrive with perfect systems.

You don't need to be great at delegating.

You don't need to have your money completely figured out.

You don't need to have achieved some magical revenue number.

You need to have built something worth leading and be willing to lead it differently.

Why women who own service based businesses?

Because when your business is built around serving people, people are the business.

Your clients are people. Your team is people.

And you are a person trying to lead all of it while also having a life outside of it.

Systems matter. Processes matter. Automation matters. Profit matters.

But none of those things remove the need for strong human leadership.

And there’s another layer to this room that matters to me.

It’s women only.

Because there are conversations women business owners have that change when they’re in a room with other women who understand the weight of building something successful while also wanting a life that feels just as meaningful.

We can talk about profit and payroll.

And motherhood.

Leadership and marriage.

Team problems and the guilt of missing something at home.

The next business goal and whether you even want to chase it.

The ambition to build more and the desire to actually enjoy what you’ve already built.

You shouldn't have to separate the woman from the business owner when both of them are making the decisions.

The Business Circle is intentionally a room where we can talk about all of it.

Where systems and strategy can sit beside leadership and life.

Where women can know the women behind the businesses.

And where success isn't measured only by how impressive the business looks from the outside.

Because the business we're building should support the woman who's building it, too.

the investment

$797/month for 12 months

or

$8,000 paid in full

The Business Circle is a 12-month commitment with rolling enrollment.

Membership is limited to 50 women.

When the circle is full, applications will move to a waitlist until a seat becomes available.

Why an application?

Because who is in this room matters to me.

I'm not building the biggest community I can build.

I'm building the right one.

I'm looking for successful women who are willing to be honest about what's happening behind the business, take responsibility for what is theirs to lead, implement what they learn, and contribute to a room where women genuinely support one another.

I care less about whether you've crossed one exact revenue threshold and more about how you've built, where you are now, and whether you're ready to lead differently.

Your application gives me a chance to learn about you and determine whether The Business Circle is the right room for where you're going.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

Do I need to be at a certain revenue level?

No. The Business Circle is designed for women who have already built successful, established service-based businesses and are now navigating the leadership, money, operational, and life complexities that come with that success.

Around $500K+ in annual revenue may be common in the room, but revenue alone does not determine fit.

I'm much more interested in the stage of business you're in and the way you're thinking about what comes next. Your application helps me determine that.

What types of businesses are a fit?

The Business Circle is designed for women who own established service-based businesses.

Because the coaching is centered on leadership, people, profit, and building a business that supports your life, the businesses in the room do not need to be identical for the work to be relevant.

Can I join at any time?

Yes. The Business Circle has rolling enrollment rather than a traditional cohort.

If your application is accepted and a seat is available, your 12 months begin when you join.

Is this a mastermind?

Not in the traditional sense. There are incredibly valuable masterminds in the world, but I intentionally designed The Business Circle differently.

Coaching is central to the experience. You'll have weekly live coaching, Monday–Thursday community coaching, and a small enough room for real relationships to form. The goal isn't simply access to a network.

It's coaching + connection + implementation.

Is this a course?

No. You'll have access to The Business Circle Learning Portal, but there is no curriculum you need to complete.

We start with what your business actually needs.

One thing. Lead well. Then the next.

What if I can't attend every weekly call?

That's okay. Replays are available on a rolling 90-day basis.

You don't need to attend everything or create a backlog of calls to catch up on. Use what supports what you're leading right now.

Is private coaching included?

Your private 45-minute Welcome & Direction Call with Cailyn is included when you join.

Ongoing coaching happens through the weekly calls and Monday–Thursday community coaching.

Additional private coaching may be available separately if you want dedicated 1:1 support around something specific.

Is this financial or CFO advisory?

No.

Money, profit, cash flow, Profit First, and financial leadership are important parts of The Business Circle, but this is a coaching experience rather than an outsourced financial management or fractional CFO service.

What happens after 12 months?

At the end of your 12-month commitment, you can choose whether you'd like to recommit for another year or complete your time in The Business Circle. Your business will keep evolving. So will what it asks of you as its leader.

You are allowed to want more

More money. More profit. A better business. A stronger team. More impact. More freedom. More time with your kids. More life outside of work.

This isn't about becoming less ambitious.

It's about deciding that your life doesn't have to remain on hold until you reach whatever goal you've decided comes next.

Because there will always be another one.

At some point, you have to decide what enough looks like.

And then lead your business accordingly.

Your business can be successful on paper and feel successful in your actual life

The better you lead yourself, the better you lead your business.

And the better you lead your business, the better it can support the life you actually desire.
